not really, but I'm thinking "blue" will be my classroom theme. I just think is so calm and relaxing, you can't go wrong! I'm planning on covering my bulletin boards with blue cloth and bringing in general blue accents throughout the classroom. I'll be posting my progress on the blog! Now that July is coming to an end, I have to get cracking! Here's the inspiration board I created:

.thanks for sharing
I use a shade of turquoise blue in my special ed structured learning class for exactly the same reason! (although I do admit to a bit of bright pink as an accent color). The students love the calming effect - and staff are always stopping by to say how restful the room is. I also avoid many of the wall charts and stuff most classrooms have - way to overstimulating visually for my kiddos!!!
I have a blue theme too, my accent color is green. Blue and Green polka dots are my fave!
I also strive to keep it simple and clutter free!
I never thought of doing just a color as a theme. Novel idea. My theme for the 2nd year is Western Cowboy theme. I invested so much $$$ in my theme I decided to use it again.
